Food needs to be kept in containers and the personnel needs to be extremely careful not to contaminate anything. If a person is not feeling well or has a fever then they must stay at home. People learned to use safety measures such as masks, gloves and suits. This way a number could go to work feeling relatively safe. Restaurants in Quito had to adapt to the change. They had to figure out ways to make safe transactions for both the costumer and the employees. The personnel had to follow several regulations on a daily basis.
