My Story

In this episode, we address the unique challenges faced by baseball and softball athletes. How is it handling the pressure of being a student and an athlete? The skills it takes to succeed at this level. We also cover how to balance the lifestyle of being at college, and how important it is to have a strong support group/team behind you. Then we go over our personal experience navigating injuries and how we talk to ourselves in stressful situations on and off the field.
