Restaurants in Quito had to adapt to the change. They had to figure out ways to make safe transactions for both the costumer and the employees. Some advertising was crucial to let people know that the restaurants are still in business and offer delivery or pick up services. People expected everything to be closed to it was required to promote the restaurant through pictures. Photographers where hired and their images where posted online which increased the number of sales.
