Food has been a constant worry for people in Quito. Several new regulations were implemented in restaurants across Quito. In the beginning the main problem was that food supply was running low because suppliers were not working. Slowly people learned to use safety measures such as masks, gloves and suits. This way a number could go to work feeling relatively safe. Restaurants in Quito had to adapt to the change. They had to figure out ways to make safe transactions for both the costumer and the employees. The personnel had to follow several regulations on a daily basis.
