Title
-
Wright Avenue Entrance of Central Park
-
Description
-
This is a postcard capturing one of the entrances into Central Park during the 1900s. This captures a significant aspect being that the rose garden, which is a popular aspect to the park nowadays actually hadn’t existed before 1960 (when the first bushes were planted). It wasn’t until the early 2000s where talks about restoration came about.
