“Natural Disasters” and Human Casuality

Description
-
The CDC published a report that establishes ties between Field Epidemiologists and how their efforts contribute when disasters hit. Mainly they are almost the ones to help sort through the chaos when all seems to be chaotic. They are the ones who bring the necessities that people need such as the lower class who cannot typically afford to recover from disasters such as earthquakes or even floods or hurricanes when they hit. In a way they act and make the real important decisions that others cannot do so easily. However, it can be argued that because of how fast decisions must be made there would have to be some fault or errors located somewhere in the aftermath of what they choose.
