An ODE can be used to analyze the current through an RLC circuit. The ODE will take into account the resistance, capacitance, and inductance through the different components in the circuit as well as the AC voltage source.
Showing how we can use differential equations to model heart rate right after the point of finishing a workout up until heart rate reaches its equilibrium (resting rate).
I will be presenting the equation used for epidemic modeling developed by Ross Beckley
Cametria Weatherspoon, Michael Alexander, Marissa Chandler, Anthony Johnson, and Ghan S Bhatt through Tennessee State University and Philander Smith College on June 21, 2013.
A brief introduction to the Navier-Stokes equation followed by its applications. A description of how we can use computers to simulate fluid flow, as well as experimental methods used in research.
This video dives into the effects of global warming on Earth, the use of the energy balance equation in modeling global temperature rise, and the future predictions for continued temperature rise.
